PHRF ratings for ELIS. I had herd you could fly a 110 chute with-out penalty. Not according to the 2003 ratings I found on US Sailings web site.

NEWS from the J105 Class

01. Jun.05 - Fleet #24. We have a new fleet -- Fleet #24: Eastern Long Island Sound. Covering Eastern Connecticut to Western Rhode Island and across the sound to Eastern Long Island in New York, this fleet is a spin-off from Fleets #14 and #6. They will be encouraging one-design racing among the sailors who find it a long trek to the racing in Western LIS and Narragansett and Buzzards Bays. They start off with seven boats and four class members, but will grow quickly.
